After setting the day and time you would like your message to start and the day and time you would like it to end, adjust the delay slider to tell Switchboard how long (in seconds) you would like the message displayed before it moves to the next one. The default delay is 30 seconds.
By default, a scheduled message is played every day of the week during the specified start/end date. If there are certain days of the week you do not want your message displayed, simply uncheck those days.
In this example the message will play from January 2nd to January 29th, every day of the week except Tuesdays and Thursdays.
